Return Policy

Clothes shopping online is hard. We hope to make your life easier by offering 14 day hassle-free returns/exchanges from the date you receive your product, as long as the tags are still attached! So whether it’s a wrong size, not quite the colour you expected, or you are outright dissatisfied, let us know, and we’ll work together to find a solution. Dependent on the situation, shipping fees will often need to be covered by the customer. For local orders within Vancouver, we can arrange pick up or drop off if need be.

If the item is lost in transit or damaged upon arrival, you are eligible for a full refund or store credit.

How do I cancel/change an order?

Contact us right away! Once the order has been dispatched, it is very difficult to change any details. If you want to cancel your order, but its been sent out already, don't worry, you still have 14 days to return! Either way, we'll work together to find a solution.

Is My Payment Information Safe?

All payments are processed through Shopify, and is certified Level 1 DSS PCI compliant to make sure your payment information is safe. We also accept Paypal.

How does your shipping process work?

APO/FPO and PO Boxes are unfortunately not accepted. Please use FULL ADDRESSES ONLY!

Orders are fufilled within 1-2 business days. We ship via Canada Post and will typically take up to 5 business days to arrive within Canada, and 10 business days for international orders.

How much does shipping cost?

• Canada / USA: Flat Rate - $15, FREE for orders over $75

• International Shipping - $20, FREE for orders over $100

• Sticker Shipping - $0.50

• Local Delivery and Local Pickup will soon be available (Vancouver addresses only).*

*Local delivery is not available for the Ambassador Program.

What about custom fees?

Some countries charge import taxes and duties upon reaching customs. We will do our best to send your items in one package to get through customs.

However if you do get a fee in an unpredictable situation, we are unable to pay for the fee. The fees are governmental in nature and not charged by Pupper Supply Co.

To avoid being charged unexpectedly, we highly recommend contacting your local customs office for the current duty rates and taxes before placing an order.

I Haven't Received Any Order Confirmation or Shipping Confirmation?

If you still haven’t gotten your order confirmation email after 24 hours, let us know and we’ll look into it. We have the best dogs to sniff out the missing email.

You will receive an automatic email notification when your order has been dispatched with tracking information. This can sometimes take up to a week to arrive!
